Adoption Application

The Adoption Procedure:

Step 1: Look at the adoptable dogs or cats on our website.

Step 2: Download, print and fill out the adoption application.

Step 3: Mail in your completed adoption application form to:

             Stray No More, P.O. Box 6106, Lake Worth, FL 33466



Once the application is received (mail is received once a week), it is reviewed for approval by the Stray No More Board of Directors. If the application seems suitable for that pet, then…..

A Stray No More volunteer will contact you, conduct a thorough interview and arrange a time(s) for you to meet the pet (Please bring your driver’s license and your current/past veterinarian’s phone number).

If you are interested in adopting the pet, a Stray No More volunteer will perform a home visit and have you sign a code of standards.

Once we have determined that the match is a PERFECT one, the adoption is finalized.

Adoption fees: Dogs-$85 Cats-$65

All rescued animals are medically treated, sterilized, micro-chipped, and socialized prior to adoption.
